• Any expectation, promise, representation, or warranty arising (or purportedly arising) from the Available Information.

• Volatility in pricing of GPN Tokens and/or GPN NFTs in any country or on any exchange or market.

• Purchase, use, sale, resale, redemption, or otherwise of GPN Tokens and/or GPN NFTs or the failure to properly secure any private key to a wallet containing GPN Tokens and/or GPN NFTs.

The Company and its representatives shall not be responsible or accountable for any of the aforementioned damages or losses. By purchasing GPN Tokens and/or GPN NFTs, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved and waive any claims, actions, or remedies against the Company and its representatives.
